Patient Services and Logistics Manager

Louise recently joined Oncologica in February 2017 as the Patient Services and Logistics Manager.  Louise manages and oversees the whole Logistics process from being the first point of contact with the patient, through to returning the sample at the end of the process and all that happens in between that is non-clinical.

Louise began her career with the NHS as an Ambulance Controller in Nottingham and then as a Contracts Administrator within the FHSA.  Louise then joined the RAF and was the first female musician to be accepted for 17 years.  On leaving the RAF she moved around the country with the RAF and her family, working within the NHS in a number of roles including, Phlebotomist, Junior Doctors’ coordinator for the Surgical Division at the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham amongst others and within the MOD as a Commercial Officer based in High Wycombe, managing the day-to-day running of multi-million pound contracts.

A number of MOD and NHS assignments followed, with roles including Employer Relations Specialist for the MOD at RAF Mildenhall and Office Manager/EA Roles for the NHS and various FTSE 100 companies.  More recently Louise was employed as a temp within NHSE (East) working for the Nursing Director and the Directors Office.

Louise’s interesting and varied background means she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Oncologica.
