Clinical Team Manager
Kitty is responsible for providing advice and implementation on commercial and corporate matters, including the development and application of commercial strategy, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, consultancy agreements, special licensing, confidentiality agreements and corporate compliance.
After qualifying as a Registered General Nurse in 1989 at the South Sefton School of Nursing, Liverpool, she specialised in surgical/medical cardiology, at Westminster Hospital – London, Addenbrookes Hospital – Cambridge, St Elizabeth’s and the Massachusetts General in Boston, U.S until 1995. In 1995, Kitty was accepted at Cambridge University and completed her BA in law in 1998 and qualified as a solicitor with SJ Berwin, London in 2001 into private practice as a corporate lawyer, advising on private equity investments and corporate acquisitions. In addition she was involved in advising and supporting medical charities, and hospitals on clinical negligence issues, best practice in the NHS and legal ethics in medical research.
